Here is a quick lesson on the different types of Google Pages.

Local Business Page looks like this:https://plus.google.com/117574510526615132901/videos

This type of page is for local storefronts or businesses that go to their customers (landscapers). The address is linked to Google Plus, and you will see the checkmark with "verified local business" beside the logo if it's been verified. This page also has reviews.

Google Plus Page/Brand Page looks like this:https://plus.google.com/+HarrisondentalNet/posts

This is for businesses that do not have a physical location such as online stores, brand names, etc. Any business can technically have a brand page. This page is not linked to maps, you can't leave reviews, etc.

Lesson! When you create a new Google Plus page, choose the right type of business. 99.9% of the time it will be a Local Business Page (storefront or "we come to you" types of businesses).
