SharpSpring enables you to edit the information stored along with a lead in the Contact Manager. The following video will show you how to edit a lead's details in SharpSpring. However, if you prefer, a written step-by-step guide is available below the video for your convenience.
Step-by-Step Guide on how to Edit a Lead's Details
Step 1: Click on "VisitorID" in the top navigation bar.
Step 2: In the left side "VisitorID" panel, click on one of the lead's in the list
Step 3: The page will change to show you information regarding that particular lead.
Step 4: Click on the gray gear box (Options) in the top right corner of the page.
Step 5: Select "Edit Lead" in the drop down menu.
Step 6: On the next screen, you will find all the details you can edit. You can change contact information, reassign the lead to another salesperson, write notes corresponding to the particular lead, etc.
Step 7: Once you're finished editing the details for the lead, make sure you click on the green "Save Changes" button. If you're just editing the contact information at top, you will have to scroll down to find the green "Save Changes" button.
