Receiving Your Client's Daily VisitorID Results

SharpSpring enables you to receive your client's daily VisitorID email results. The following video will show you how to receive your client's daily VisitorID results in SharpSpring. However, if you prefer, a written step-by-step guide is available below the video for your convenience.

 

Step-by-Step Guide on how to Receive Your Client's Daily VisitorID Results 

Step 1: Click on the gray "System Admin" button in the top right corner of SharpSpring.

Step 2: Select "Settings."


Step 3: In the left side "Settings" panel, select "User Accounts." It's located under the "My Company" section of the panel.
 

Step 4: Once you have found the user, scroll to the right side of the screen and click on the gray "Options" box (Looks like a gear).

Step 5: Click on "Edit" in the drop down menu.

Step 6: Scroll down to the "Notification Options" section of the page. Click on the 2nd drop down box entitled "Receive emails about web prospects for my clients."

Step 7: Select "Send me one daily" in the drop down box.

Step 8: Pick which client results you will receive each day.

Step 9: Click on the green "Save Changes" button. You will now receive your client's daily VisitorID email results!
